Pauline P. Abécassis

Pauline P. Abécassis is a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés du Québec. After obtaining her Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations, she began her career in generalist and human resources management positions with a financial group, an accounting firm and an air carrier.

She has done executive recruiting since 1986, beginning with a major management consulting firm and directing its executive search department for three years.

In 1994, she founded Abécassis Conseil, which performs executive search mandates for clients from various industries.

She has served as an Executive Committee member and Executive Vice-President (Events) of Mentorat Québec. She has also been part of the Board of Directors of Fondation Diva Montréal and Ensemble Arion. In addition, she participated in several business networks, particularly Point Contact.

Harry Abécassis

Harry Abécassis joined Abécassis Conseil in 1995. In addition to playing the role of director, he has developed his expertise in locating and soliciting candidacies. He has carried out hundreds of mandates as a “headhunter” for various positions and industries.

His effectiveness and tenacity in solicitation and follow-up allow us to conduct a thorough search of the target market.

After obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, he was a manufacturer’s agent and then a shareholder of a consumer goods manufacturer before making a career change to consulting.
